Terms of Service
Last update: 20 November 2025
1. Scope of the Service
Engineering Inside (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides remote technical assessment services based solely on the information, data and documentation submitted by the customer (“you”, “your”). Our service consists of generating indicative engineering reports, including possible root causes, proposed diagnostic checks and potential corrective actions.
The service is remote only. We do not perform on-site inspections, tests or measurements and we do not operate or control your equipment.
2. No guarantee of completeness or accuracy
All assessments are based exclusively on the information you provide (measurements, photos, videos, descriptions, maintenance history, etc.). We cannot independently verify the correctness, completeness or representativeness of this information. As a result:
- The report may not identify all possible failure modes or hazards.
- The report may be inaccurate if your data is incomplete, incorrect or misleading.
- Any conclusions and recommendations are inherently uncertain and should be treated as engineering guidance, not as final certified statements.
3. No replacement for on-site inspection
Our reports do not replace on-site inspections, statutory tests, risk assessments or any other obligations required by law, standards, insurers or internal procedures. You remain fully responsible for:
- the safe operation, supervision and maintenance of your equipment,
- the validation of our recommendations by qualified on-site personnel,
- compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and safety rules.
4. No responsibility for damage or injury
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage of any kind (including but not limited to mechanical damage, loss of production, business interruption, loss of data, or personal injury) arising from or connected with:
- your use of, or reliance on, any report, assessment or recommendation we provide,
- any actions or omissions taken by you or your personnel based on our reports,
- any failure to carry out appropriate on-site inspections, tests or safeguards.
You acknowledge that you use the service entirely at your own risk and that you will always require a competent local professional to verify critical actions before implementation.
5. Use of AI
Our reports are generated using an AI-based diagnostic engine combined with structured engineering logic. While the system is designed to be conservative and safety-oriented, AI technologies may occasionally produce incomplete, outdated or imperfect outputs. All results are reviewed and structured, but no guarantee of correctness is given.
6. Customer obligations
You agree to:
- provide accurate, up-to-date and honest information about your equipment and the problem,
- inform us if any critical information provided earlier is later found to be incorrect,
- use the reports only for internal engineering guidance and not as official certification,
- keep your case IDs, reports and related emails secure and confidential where necessary.
7. Payments and refunds
Fees and pricing (including any introductory offers and subscription plans) are described on the Pricing page. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are shown excluding VAT or other taxes.
Once a diagnosis has been processed and a report has been issued or a clarification request has been sent, the service is considered delivered and no refund is normally possible, except where required by applicable consumer law. Details are provided in the separate Refund Policy page.
8. Intellectual property
All report templates, structures, AI prompts, algorithms and website content remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may use the reports internally and share them with your maintenance partners or suppliers, but you may not resell, redistribute or present them as your own diagnostic service.
9. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the service you agree that we may store and process your data for the purpose of generating reports, improving the diagnostic engine and complying with legal obligations.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page and will apply to new cases from the date of publication.
11. Governing law
Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, these Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Engineering Inside is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Contact
